Brass & Copper Craft Supplies was created due to my wish to have
"scrap" generated from our business repurposed into some
interesting craft endeavours. I also discovered it could be
difficult and expensive to obtain brass and copper in small
proportions(e.g. I sold a sheet of 1.6mm thick brass for $23.
My customer told me, the lowest price he would find elsewhere was $100.)
What is the difference between recycled and repurposed?
While they share a common goal of being environmentally-friendly,
there are small differences between each of these processes.
REPURPOSING does not undergo any chemical change, like
recycling.
RECYCLING melts the raw material and makes them into new
products.
