This is the flexible brass tubing which runs from the horn to the horn bulb. This is made in the style of the original old brass conduit/tubing. This is quality tubing and it has twine inserted inside the brass tubing for more strength and flexibility.

This short adapter is double-threaded and is soldered to the horn. It has an internal thread, which the reed is screws into; and an external thread, which the long adapter screws onto.

Outside and inside diameter is the same at both ends.

You will use 2 of these adapters on a Veteran / Vintage horn using brass conduit.

1. One screws onto the double threaded Small Adapter and covers the reed at the horn end.
2. The second is at the other end and screws onto the mounting bracket. The rubber horn bulb slides onto this.

Solder the brass conduit into the plain side of this bracket. The long single-threaded adapter is screwed into the other end (and holds the bulb).

This bracket is then attached to the body of your vehicle.

The thread is tapered and has a very fine thread of approximately 20 TPI.

This reed is screwed into the double-threaded adapter. This reed is made as a direct replacement for Veteran Car horns (e.g. Rubes).

The thread is very fine and the tube is parallel.

This is an excellent quality NEW Rubber Horn Bulb, with brass ferrule.

There were only 100 of these badges produced to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Morgan Owners Queensland Inc. All badges were numbered, and there is limited stock available. Badges were issued to all attendees of the 2013 Morgan Round-up, the national gathering hosted in Gympie, from Friday 31st May to Sunday 2nd June 2013. RIDGE ROLLER or BEAD ROLLER or RIDGE FORMER

This is a tool to suit a variety of industries. Tubes and pipes, down to an internal diameter of 25mm1″, as well as flat sheets can have a ridge applied. This compact unit rolls a neat ridge around copper, brass, aluminium, steel or stainless steel fittings to securely hold hoses in place.

USES

• Radiators and cooling systems (both copper/brass and aluminium)
• Intercoolers and all associated pipe work
• Chassis building, and
• Race car building

All the roller requires is a vice to be held down - No special benches - Use it and store it back into your tool draw.

CAPACITIES

With *care means, the Ridge Roller will do the job with special care. With softer materials you might just set the depth and roll the ridge in one turn. Thicker and harder materials will require multiple adjustments to create the ridge over several turns.

It is impossible to make a Ridge Roller small enough to enable it to be used in small tubes down to 25mm1″, yet bulky enough to allow ridges in heavy and stronger materials with one turn.

All parts are CNC machined with the actual rollers being 4140 stock. All parts are Zinc-plated before assembly, for presentation.

After many attempts at sealing, and having stay sealed, my own T Ford manifolds, and fitting new exhaust manifolds, I have formed my own style of "solid individual flange" type gaskets. You will see from the cutaway photo how they are formed within the manifold and block, thereby not allowing any gas to escape past the outside of the flange. They are made with the flange left open, so once they are heated and re-tensioned to 18 ft-lb on the studs they will form over any irregularities which may exist on either face of the manifold or block.

Another major advantage of this gasket sealing ring is the ease of fitting - no multiple parts to be juggled whilst trying to hold it all in place.

This is a set of 6 formed copper manifold gaskets / flanges. They are sold in a pack of 6 to be fitted now or carried as spares for later. These gaskets have also been reported extremely successful on mid-1920's Essex and Veteran Little.

Greasy Hemp Gland Packing is made from heavily greased vegetable fibre and is highly suitable for vintage vehicle water pumps, marine stuffing boxes and hydraulic applications.

This is a traditional hemp packing and is lubricated with an animal fat and man-made grease. It is made using braided construction and is suitable for use in pumps and valves.

Check the gap between the inside of the nut and the shaft; this dictates the size of packing material you should use.

Smaller pumps may require 4.5mm (while larger pumps use 6.5mm).

Packaged in Australia by VINTAGE HONEYCOMB RADIATOR COMPANY. Note: It is good practice to use VHRC Water Pump Grease with the packing to allow it to remain softer for longer.

These Radiator Filters are manufactured in Australia for Vintage Honeycomb Radiator Company.

1. Remove the top radiator hose from the radiator tank.
2. Insert the filter into the radiator inlet.
3. Leave 20mm protruding and fold back over the inlet tube.
4. Replace the hose over the filter and tighten. Some of the filter will be visible outside the hose when fitted.
5. After the first 3 days of driving, remove filter, clean and re-use same.
6. Replace the Radiator filter every 10,000 km or every 6 months.
7. Remove filter prior to using any cooling system cleaner.
